Compare and contrast knowledge gained from experience with knowledge gained from books.

Much knowledge we can learn from books, but it is not enough. The books just teach us basic things. For example, I learn Electronics in the course, but I do not know how to application until I am go to work. I learn much knowledge in the job. If we just learn from books but not to do, we always can not success.
